Bookkeeper

We’re hiring a dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper for a growing Central Ohio remodeling company.

This is a remote position requiring approximately 5–10 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
• Process Payroll
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Track invoices, expenses, and vendor payments
• Assist with monthly financial reporting
• Maintain organized and accurate records

Qualifications:

• Experience with QuickBooks Online required
• Payroll experience in QuickBooks preferred
• Prior bookkeeping experience for construction or remodeling companies preferred
• Experience with Buildertrend preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
