Job Summary:
The Bookkeeper is responsible for a variety of accounting and financial functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, resident account administration, and financial recordkeeping. This position works closely with residents, staff, vendors, and the Finance Director to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently while providing exceptional service to residents, staff, and vendors. Experience in healthcare, senior living, nonprofit, or human services environments is a plus.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Compensation: $26.00-31.00/hr; commensurate with experience and credentials.
Schedule Considerations: Full-time 40 hours/wk, Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30pm
