Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations, with a primary focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel & expense (T&E) processing, and general bookkeeping functions.

The ideal candidate is eager to grow their accounting career in a fast-paced, multi-brand manufacturing environment.

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Hybrid schedule with a mix of on-site and remote work

Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper coding and approvals
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections efforts
  • Support check runs, ACH payments, and payment scheduling

Travel & Expense (T&E)

  • Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
  • Verify supporting documentation and ensure proper approvals
  • Identify and flag out-of-policy submissions and follow up with employees as needed
  • Maintain organized records of all T&E activity

General Bookkeeping & Administrative

  • Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entry support
  • Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite and McLeod
  • Prepare and format Excel reports for the Finance team
  • Support audits by organizing and providing documentation
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

QualificationsRequired

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred

  • Experience with NetSuite, McLeod TMS, and/or Ramp
  • Familiarity with T&E processing and expense policy enforcement
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or multi-location environments

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position based at our Glendale, AZ headquarters. The role requires on-site presence for key accounting functions, with flexibility for remote work on designated days.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
