ACCOUNTING CLERK/BOOKKEEPER POSITION | Licensed Reusable Bag Importer with Disney, Marvel, and more (Los Angeles)

Legacy Licensing Partners, LP is seeking a accounting clerk/ bookkeeper to help manage day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company’s overall financial operations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper who is excited to support a growing company with accurate financial recordkeeping and dependable accounting support.

Based in Downtown Los Angeles, our products are available nationwide in retailers such as Dollar Tree, Kroger, Albertsons, Burlington and many other retailers.

Position Overview:

Legacy Licensing Partners, LP is seeking an accounting clerk/bookkeeper to help manage accountspayable and receivable, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and assist with reporting and other accounting-related tasks. We are looking for an organized and dependable individual who is willing to work full time in office.

Responsibilities

· Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate books and supporting documentation

· Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices, payment scheduling, and account reconciliation

· Manage accounts receivable, customer invoicing, payment posting, and follow-up on outstanding balances

· Reconcile bank and other balance sheet accounts on a regular basis

· Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and preparation of internal financial reports

· Support other administrative accounting functions as needed

· Work closely with management to help maintain timely and accurate financial information.

Education, Experience, Skills

· Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

· 1–3 years of accounting clerk, bookkeeping, or related experience

· Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance

· High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in the consumer goods industry and/or licensed products preferred

· Experience supporting a small business or office environment preferred

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus

· Proficient in QuickBooks and comfortable working with accounting systems and spreadsheets

· Ability to speak Spanish preferred

Business Hours

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Schedules can vary based on deadlines and projects. This is an in-office position.

Salary Rate

DOE (Depending on Experience)
