Salary: PKR45,000 - 50,000 (Based on skills & potential)

Alpha Hire Solutions is looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and growth driven Bookkeeper / Accountant who is eager to build a strong career in finance and accounting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining financial discipline, and contributing to an organized, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up to date financial records
• Record daily transactions with proper documentation
• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reviews
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
• Generate invoices and monitor payment follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Support senior management with financial data and insights

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduate (BBA / BS Accounting & Finance) or 6–12 months of relevant experience
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling, pivot tables)
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho Books or QuickBooks
• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical mindset
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
