This is a hybrid full-time role for a Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist, based in Bucks County, PA, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, managing journal entries, and utilizing accounting software to streamline financial processes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial policies, assisting in budget preparation, and handling general financial tasks to support the organization’s goals.

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping and experience managing Financial Statements
• Strong skills in working with Accounting Software and handling Journal Entries
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and concepts
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Previous experience in the construction or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
