We are a locally owned and operated, small woodworking manufacturing business. We are seeking an experienced, mature administrator to manage the company's operations at our Oro Valley office.
Current QuickBooks Desktop experience is required for this role.

- Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax Filing
- Purchasing
- Quarterly Tax Filing
- Financial Reports
- Clerical filing & organization
HR Adminstration
- Biweekly Payroll
- Employee benefits plans initiation & conclusion administration
- COBRA, ERISA, 401K
- Employee benefits tracking
- Annual benefits plans renewal
Administrative Assistant / Operations
- Managing supply & maintance contracts
- Scheduling
- Project management
- SYSTEMS -
Quickbooks Enterprise
Webgility
Shopify

All company property is entirely non-smoking / non-vaping. Personal transportation and an valid Arizona Driver's License are required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
