We’re one of the largest B2B hotel reservation wholesalers with multiple offices in the US and overseas. We currently have a full time Bookkeeper position available.
Job Title: Bookkeeper
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: Record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, expenses, invoices, and payments. Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both electronic and physical.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
Verify and reconcile discrepancies or issues in financial records.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices from suppliers, vendors, and service providers. Ensure timely payments to suppliers and manage accounts receivable from clients.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients as needed.
Expense Management: Track and categorize business expenses, including travel-related expenses, office supplies, and operational costs. Ensure expenses are properly documented and accounted for.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide financial information to management for decision-making.
Qualifications:
H1-B sponsorship to qualified employees.
