Bookkeeper / Coordinator

Bookkeeper, Coordinator Job Description

Finance Team / Bookkeeping

  • Work with the Finance Team to create accurate and timely accounting
  • Assist with collections on outstanding invoices
  • Help with the payout consignors, Auctioneer Software

Banking, Reporting

  • Prepare starting change for registers including offsite auctions
  • Manage accounts payable including collection, managing, producing payments, and filing
  • Collect, track company’s personal credit card receipts
  • Assist managers and office department with needed functions
  • Prepare, deliver, enter bank deposits in an efficient and timely manner

Catalog, Customer Service, Coordinator

  • Catalog for upcoming auctions
  • Customer Service, Answer Phones, Cashier as needed

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
