We are looking for an organized and proactive Bookkeeper/Office Manager to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Position Overview
The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will oversee the company's day-to-day administrative functions. This role is responsible for communicating with staff and clients, invoicing, monitoring receivables and payables, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner

· Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist with bookkeeping

-Reconcile accounts, maintain accurate financial records, and support job cost tracking

· Maintain customer records, job files, and office documentation

· Assist with payroll preparation, support new hire onboarding, and maintain organized, accurate employee records

· Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs

· Supporting management with reports, scheduling, and general operations

· Helping ensure the office stays organized, efficient, and professional

Qualifications

· 2+ years of office administration or office management experience

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software

· Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software is required

· Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively

· Strong attention to detail and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in the landscaping, construction, or service industry

· Bookkeeping or accounting experience

· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
