Overview

Moore Race Chassis is a family-owned company specializing in custom roll cages and chassis components. We operate in a structured, fast-paced environment where precision, accountability, and professionalism matter.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Operations Coordinator who thrives in a process-driven environment and can support daily operations with accuracy and consistency.

This is not a remote position. This is a full-time, on-site, permanent role.

Experience with bookkeeping is required.

Position Summary

This role will primarily focus on bookkeeping, financial data entry, invoicing support, and general office administration, while also assisting with light inventory coordination and operational support tasks as needed.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced small business environment where teamwork and adaptability are important.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Full-time
No evenings or weekends

Primary Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
  • Customer invoicing and payment tracking
  • Data entry and bookkeeping assistance in QuickBooks
  • Monthly accounts reconciliation
  • Inventory receipts in QuickBooks
  • General office administration and customer communication
  • Organizing records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Assisting with inventory counts and inventory organization
  • Supporting operational workflows and office coordination tasks
  • Assisting with packaging and administrative support projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with willingness to help where needed
  • Previous bookkeeping, administrative, or office experience

Required:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work repetitious tasks at times, without issue
  • Independent, self-starter work style
  • QuickBooks bookkeeping
