BOOKKEEPER / PARTS MANAGER

We are a full service Hydraulic shop in need of a dependable applicant. This will be a multiple position job. The challenge to this job is not the difficulty of any one thing , but the variety and quantity of details. By doing only one thing at a time, this job can be easy. Bookkeeping will be done using QuickBooks. Bookkeeping consists of accounts receivables and payables, payroll, and taxes. There is a training manual for most portions of the bookkeeping. There will also be typing and filing. Parts consists of finding, ordering, and tracking ordered parts. We have an online web store and are trying to expand that store. Someone willing to learn parts and work to expand those online sales will benefit from those increased sales personally. Please do not apply if you and your resume can't show me you meet some of these qualifications. I will train either bookkeeping or parts, but NOT both. A mechanically inclined individual could shine in this position. This person will need to have good computer and typing skills.
Requirements:
-You must be able to pick up and move 50 lbs. This is not required for long periods of time, but some lifting will be necessary. You must have a good driving record to pick up and drop off parts. There is not much driving involved.
-We require that you pass a drug test, because we believe safety is one of the most important aspects of a job.
-You must be willing to learn and work efficiently, as these things are what make a work day successful. Cell phones are to be put away during the day except for breaks and lunch.
-After the first week ,you will be required to wear protective toed shoes, company will pay up to $150 per year for replacement shoes. They make comfortable protective toed shoes that are like tennis shoes and hikers.

We have two scheduled breaks per day.
Standard work week is 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday.
