Bookkeeper Property Accountant

KMA We’re HIRING!! We are expanding and looking for a Bookkeeper / Property Accountant with strong Yardi experience to support a growing market-rate and affordable multi-family housing portfolio.

This role is critical to strengthening our internal financial infrastructure and will focus on:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping in Yardi (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, general ledger)

• Oversight of tenant ledgers across multiple entities and properties

• Financial reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close support

• Coordination with third-party accountants, auditors, and investors

• Supporting compliance and reporting requirements tied to affordable housing programs (NSP, Section 8, experience preferred)

Ideal candidate:

• Deep, hands-on experience with Yardi (Voyager preferred)

• Background in both market-rate and affordable housing environments

• Experience with audits, investor reporting, and multi-entity structures

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to think beyond data entry and identify issues proactively
