ABOUT US
CFO Leverage is a fast-growing fractional CFO and bookkeeping firm serving nonprofits exclusively. We partner with mission-driven organizations across the United States — from charter schools and faith-based groups to social service agencies and advocacy organizations — providing financial clarity and strategic support so they can focus on their mission.
We are a remote-first team with a strong culture of integrity, excellence, and accountability. Our bookkeepers work closely with experienced fractional CFOs who guide each client relationship.

- Record transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable and manage vendor payments through Bill.com
- Track restricted and unrestricted funds using nonprofit fund accounting practices
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Budget vs. Actual) for CFO review
- Support audit preparation and year-end close procedures
- Communicate clearly and proactively with the CFO team about discrepancies or issues
- Maintain organized, well-documented records across all client accounts

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a fractional CFO, outsourced accounting, or bookkeeping firm

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience managing books for multiple clients simultaneously
WHY CFO LEVERAGE
