Access Rosin is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Sales Assistant to support our growing operations. This role combines financial recordkeeping, administrative support, and sales coordination to help keep our business running efficiently.

Responsibilities
Bookkeeping Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Invoice creation and tracking
- Process customer payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with payroll support and expense tracking
- Maintain vendor records and payment schedules
- Work within QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Sales Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist with customer quotes and orders
- Follow up with leads and customer inquiries
- Communicate with potential leads and set sales meetings
- Enter sales orders and track fulfillment
- Coordinate with production and shipping
- Maintain CRM or customer database
- Support sales team with administrative tasks
- Help manage order timelines and customer updates
Requirements
- 2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Reliable and professional
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or product-based business experience
- Sales support or customer service experience
- Experience with invoicing and order management
- Administrative or office management experience
Pay: $24.35 - $29.33 per hour
