Bookkeeper / Warehouse Manager – Vape & Smoke Shop

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Warehouse Manager to join our vibrant Vape & Smoke Shop team. This dual-role position combines meticulous financial management with efficient warehouse oversight, ensuring smooth operations both on the books and on the floor. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing inventory logistics, and supporting the overall health of our business. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will help drive our shop’s success and growth.

Bookkeeping:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare financial reports for ownership
• Assist with payroll processing
• Coordinate with CPA/accountant as needed

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory for 10+ retail locations
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Coordinate product distribution to stores
• Conduct routine inventory counts and audits
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse system

Requirements

• 1+ years bookkeeping experience required
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
• Inventory or warehouse management experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Reliable and professional
