Job Summary

We are a growing small business seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/HR Assistant to support our financial and human resources operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounting

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks
  • Process invoices, payments, and daily transactions
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
  • Assist with payroll and tax preparation
  • Support payroll processing and tax-related activities with precision
  • Prepare basic financial reports

HR & Administrative support

  • Handle HR administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding and supporting HR policies
  • Maintain employee files and HR records
  • Support payroll, benefits, and time tracking
  • Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and hiring paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Work comp audits

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
