Bookkeeper/Office Manager for Small Family Owned Business Trails West 4x4 Pataskala

We are a small family owned company located in Pataskala. We have been in business over 50 years and are well established in the area! We are looking for a qualified and experienced individual to do some of the following:
Tasks would include: Daily reconciliation, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll (done by Heartland Bank), Quarterly Taxes, Sales Tax, keeping track of part returns and credits, office supply management,Basic HR Duties and more! MUST have extensive knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop and be thorough and accurate. Attention to detail a must! Accounting background would be helpful but we do have a accounting firm we work with if you need help.

Store Hours are M-F, 8-5. We offer 401k, Health and Dental Insurance, flexible schedule and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Can be part time job for the right person. Can discuss in the interview.
