Bookkeeping Operations Clerk

Purpose of Job

Provide excellent service to our customers and customers while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. An ideal job candidate will establish and maintain credibility in our local communities. Additional job duties are listed further down; however, they are not all-inclusive. Job candidate is required to follow and enforce bank policies and procedures as well as abide by and enforce all compliance regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. A working knowledge of retail banking operations is preferred but not required. Customer service experience is preferred. Job specific education will be provided by the Bank on an ongoing basis.

Job Duties

• Interacting with customers over the telephone and assisting them with their needs
• Working closely with Bank Employees
• Learn Software Programs to assist customers and other bank employees
• Manage Customer Disputes
• Verifying Account Information Changes
• Approving/Processing Wires
• Processing Account Verifications
• Processing Outgoing Check Returns/Adjustments
• Processing Online Banking Applications
• Filing
• Monitoring and Processing Remote Deposit Checks
• Monitor Daily Reports
• Monitor Customer Activity for Discrepancies
