Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage the administrative functions of the bookkeeping team, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality client service, and adherence to company standards. This role involves supervising administrative staff, coordinating with bookkeeping supervisors, and optimizing administrative processes to support the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily activities of the bookkeeping administrative team.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team members' professional growth and development.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures.
Monitor and optimize workflows to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
Coordinate with bookkeeping supervisors to align administrative support with bookkeeping operations.
Oversee the preparation, review, and management of client agreements, contracts, and other documents.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role within bookkeeping or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting principles.
Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online preferred).
Proficient in Excel and other office software.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing a team and handling client communications.
