Bookkeeping(QBO)- Nightshift

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our night-shift accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in bookkeeping, financial record management, and reconciliation. This role requires accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

• Process daily financial transactions including AP/AR, bank postings, and general entries

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statements

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries

• Ensure compliance with internal accounting standards

• Coordinate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience

• Ability to work night shifts consistently

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a US-based accounting or bookkeeping firm

• Experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)

• Familiarity with US GAAP concepts is an added advantage
