We are looking to hire 1–2 candidates to support our consulting firm, Select Advisors Institute.

We’ve been established since 2014 and work with professional services firms on marketing, talent development, and operations. The work we do has a meaningful impact on our clients’ growth, talent, branding, messaging, and overall direction.

This role is a combination of:

  • Proofreading and editing
  • Clerical and organizational work
  • Customer service and client support
  • Giving direction to vendors
  • General administrative support

The ideal candidate has a natural knack for careful, detail-oriented work and genuinely enjoys working independently in a remote environment.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys:

  • Reading and reviewing written materials
  • Proofreading and light editing
  • Fact checking and basic research
  • Organizing information and keeping details accurate and up to date
  • Using technology and learning new tools as needed

You do not need to be an expert when you start, but you do need to be a very fast learner and comfortable picking up new apps, systems, and workflows quickly.

This role is best suited for someone who takes quiet pride in doing excellent work, notices details others miss, and is looking for a long-term role within a fast-moving organization.

You will be working independently most of the time, so we are seeking professionals who do not need constant instruction to understand their responsibilities.

Strong written and verbal English is essential, as much of the work involves reviewing, refining, and communicating information clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.32 - $27.09 per hour
