Boom Lift Operator / MEWP Operator

We are seeking a skilled Boom Lift Operator / MEWP Operator with experience in operating aerial work platforms and supporting high-level access activities. The ideal candidate should have practical site experience, strong safety awareness, and familiarity with scaffolding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate boom lifts and other MEWP equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and safety checks
• Support high-level access activities at project sites
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams during operations
• Follow site safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist with scaffolding-related activities when required
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience operating boom lifts or MEWP equipment
• Experience working in construction, maintenance, or facilities management projects
• Basic knowledge of scaffolding and high-level access work
• Ability to follow safety standards and work instructions
• Valid operator certification or license is preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• IPAF or equivalent MEWP certification
• Experience working at height
• Familiarity with site safety procedures and PPE requirements
