The Truss Company in Post Falls is hiring a Full-Time CDL Driver / Boom Operator to deliver roof trusses to residential and commercial job sites.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport roof trusses to job sites
• Operate a boom crane to place trusses as needed
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate DOT hours and service logs
• Ensure proper loading and securement of materials
• Communicate delivery issues or product damage promptly

What You Need

• Class A CDL
• NCCCO Boom Certification (TSS/TLL)
• 2+ years of driving experience (manual transmission required)
• Clean driving record
• Current Medical Certification Card
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical job site tasks
• FMCSA/Clearinghouse compliance
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
