Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to create customized nail designs that meet clients’ preferences
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work station in compliance with health regulations and sanitation protocols
• Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or hair extensions to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue through upselling
• Engage with clients through excellent customer service skills, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable during their visit
• Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories to boost earnings and support client needs
• Build lasting relationships with clients by providing professional advice on nail care routines and product recommendations

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care services required
• Strong knowledge of nail techniques including gel application, acrylics, nail art, and cuticle care
• Experience with color theory to assist clients in selecting complementary shades and designs
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide personalized recommendations
• Ability to perform additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or hair extensions is a plus
• Basic retail math skills for handling sales transactions effectively
