We are offering private and shared room rental opportunities for licensed hairstylists looking to build and grow their business in a professional, supportive setting.

Rental Details:

• Keep 100% of your earnings
• Sell your own retail (must not compete with spa-exclusive product lines)
• Optional use of spa booking and front desk services ($5 admin fee per client)

Requirements:

• Active Florida Cosmetology License
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Must carry your own liability insurance
• Must have your own business establishment license
• Provide your own tools and products
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of your space
