Duties

• Provide high-quality beauty and wellness services including hair styling, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, tattooing, and more.
• Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Engage in effective social media management to promote your services and attract new clients.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and providing personalized consultations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and upsell retail items to enhance client experience and boost sales.
• Collaborate with other professionals in the salon to foster a positive atmosphere and share best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in beauty or wellness services such as cosmetology, esthetic laser treatment, deep tissue massage, or makeup application.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
• Experience in retail sales or upselling products is advantageous.
