BOQ (Civil Engineer)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on approved civil drawings and specifications.
• Study, interpret, and extract quantities from civil drawings (RCC, finishing, structural & architectural).
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for quantity verification and execution requirements.
• Assist in cost estimation, rate analysis, and budget preparation.
• Prepare and update measurement sheets as per site progress.
• Support material planning and reconciliation based on BOQ and site inputs.
• Ensure BOQs align with project scope, drawings, and contract terms.
• Address drawing-related queries and provide clarifications to site teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and BOQ records.

Qualifications & Skills (Optional):

• B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency inAutoCAD, Excel, and basic estimation tools.
• Good understanding of civil construction practices.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
