BOQ Cost Estimator

We are seeking an experienced BOQ Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to support our real estate and construction projects by preparing accurate and competitive quotations based on received Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze BOQs issued by clients or consultants
• Prepare detailed quotations with accurate unit rates
• Price materials, labor, equipment, preliminaries, overheads, and profit
• Verify quantities and identify discrepancies or missing items
• Highlight assumptions, exclusions, and commercial risks
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical clarifications
• Ensure quotations are aligned with project scope and timelines
• Deliver quotations within agreed deadlines

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in BOQ pricing for real estate or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of market rates and construction methodologies
• Proficiency in Excel and BOQ-based costing formats
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
