Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented BOQ / Quantity Engineer to manage project estimations, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and support cost-effective construction planning. The ideal candidate is analytical, precise, and capable of collaborating with project and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and procurement teams to ensure feasibility and budget adherence.
• Track and update material consumption and project costs regularly.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Support tendering, procurement, and contract documentation processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, or construction estimation.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
