Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for an enthusiastic, outgoing Bottle Server who knows how to elevate a guest’s night from good to unforgettable. Someone who communicates effortlessly, works well under pressure, and brings a positive, high‑energy presence to every shift.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Guide guests through bottle selections and mixers
• Keep the venue clean and tidy during downtime
• Serve bottles quickly, safely, and with style
• Maintain an organized, polished workspace
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed
• Prioritize guest safety with responsible serving practices
• Upsell and promote bottle service and menu items
• Build genuine connections with guests and teammates
• Handle concerns or complaints with professionalism and care
• Process credit card transactions accurately
• Take on additional duties assigned by management

What You Bring

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay cool, calm, and efficient under pressure
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Accuracy with credit card transactions
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Qualifications

• Must be 21+
• Clear, confident communication with guests and team members
• Positive attitude even in challenging moments
• Ability to stay composed when speed and precision are required
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently when needed
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and reach overhead
• Able to work in varying temperatures throughout the shift
