Bottle Service Server

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bottle Service Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our upscale nightlife experience, providing exceptional service to guests while delivering a lively and memorable atmosphere. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision will ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and exciting experience from their first sip to the last call. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, guiding them through bottle service options and promoting available specials through effective upselling techniques.
• Take accurate orders for bottles, mixers, and other beverages using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions.
• Serve bottles efficiently, ensuring proper presentation, safety, and adherence to sanitation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including bar stations and guest tables, while managing food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and security personnel to ensure guest safety and smooth operations during busy nights.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while managing open tabs via OpenTable or similar reservation systems.
• Provide exceptional guest relations by anticipating needs, engaging in friendly conversation, and creating a lively yet professional atmosphere conducive to guest enjoyment.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as serving, bartending, or hosting is highly preferred.
• Experience working in fine dining environments or nightclubs enhances your ability to deliver top-tier guest service.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
• Demonstrated skills in upselling beverages and food items to maximize sales opportunities.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously during high-volume shifts.
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations is required for maintaining health standards.
