Event Setup Crew Member (Truck & Trailer Driver)

Mr. Calvin’s Bouncers is a family-owned inflatable and event rental company serving Central Arkansas. We specialize in bounce houses, water slides, and party equipment. Our team works hard to deliver safe, clean, and exciting experiences for families and events all over the region.

Job Summary:

We’re hiring an Event Setup Crew Member who can safely drive a truck and trailer while delivering and setting up inflatables and party equipment. You’ll be the face of our brand at customer locations and a key part of making events unforgettable. This role requires physical labor, safe driving, customer service, and weekend availability.

Schedule:

• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON HOLIDAYS
• Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays REQUIRED
• Occasional weekday shifts available during peak season
• Shifts start as early as 6:00 AM and vary based on deliveries

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company truck and trailer to and from delivery sites
• Load, unload, set up, and take down inflatables and party rentals
• Secure equipment during transport and follow safety protocols
• Communicate with customers professionally on-site
• Clean, inspect, and sanitize inflatables and equipment
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and follow schedules
• Report maintenance or safety concerns

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Must have valid driver’s license and experience pulling a trailer
• Clean driving record (required)
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work physically demanding shifts
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation to and from our warehouse
• Must be available weekends
• Background check required
