Position Overview

As part of the Bound Crew, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you’re leading a yoga session, hosting a poolside quiz, entertaining kids, performing on stage, or managing logistics behind the scenes — your role ensures that every activity is safe, fun, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and deliver engaging activities (wellness, sports, entertainment, or kids’ programs).
• Welcome guests with warmth and encourage participation in daily activities.
• Support logistics: setup, equipment, props, and activity spaces.
• Ensure all activities follow safety, hygiene, and guest care standards.
• Assist with promotions (guest invitations, photos, social media buzz).
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless daily execution.
• Represent Bound with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Outgoing and confident personality with a passion for guest interaction.
• Previous experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, fitness, childcare, or technical support (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Ability to adapt to different guest profiles (families, children, couples, groups).
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Specialized certifications (fitness, first aid, AV technical skills) are an advantage.
