Boutique Content Creator & Brand Representative

The Teal Turtle Boutique is growing, and we're looking for a creative, confident Content Creator to help bring our brand to life online.

This position requires appearing on camera while showcasing women's apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products through videos, photos, social media content, and live selling events.

This is not a remote position. While some planning may be completed from home, regular travel to our Apollo Beach boutique and Parrish office/filming locations is required.

The ideal candidate naturally connects with our customer, feels comfortable showcasing apparel on camera, and can create authentic content that inspires engagement and sales.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging video and photo content primarily for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social platforms
• Model and showcase boutique apparel, accessories, gifts, and lifestyle products on camera
• Film Reels, Stories, Lives, product demonstrations, styling videos, and promotional content
• Capture new arrivals, seasonal collections, events, and special promotions
• Film independently and with others using tripods, lighting equipment, and mobile devices
• Collaborate with our Creative Director on content concepts and campaigns
• Help translate our boutique personality into relatable, scroll-stopping content

What We're Looking For

• Previous social media content creation experience
• Strong on-camera presence and confidence
• Comfortable modeling women's apparel and accessories for content creation
• Experience creating short-form video content
• Retail, boutique, fashion, or lifestyle content experience preferred
• Experience selling or promoting products online is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take creative direction
• Flexible schedule with availability for occasional events and live selling opportunities
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly to Apollo Beach and Parrish
