Boutique Sales Associate + Creative Studio Support

Position Overview:
This role blends retail sales, customer experience, and light administrative support. You’ll be on the front lines of the shop while also helping keep things organized behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable customer service
• Assist customers with purchases, product education, and creative offerings
• Support daily shop operations (opening/closing, merchandising, restocking)
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing space
• Assist with administrative tasks (light scheduling, inventory tracking, basic reporting)
• Support events, workshops, and creative experiences when needed
• Communicate clearly with team members and follow through on responsibilities

Who You Are:

• Passionate about supporting local artists and community
• Has an appreciation for Hawaiian culture and values (connection, respect, mālama)
• Enjoys being in a creative, artistic environment
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities and meet deadlines
• A strong communicator and team player
• Comfortable taking initiative and wearing multiple hats
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
