Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Boutique Sales & Inventory Associate who speaks Arabic to join our perfume boutique. This role combines excellent customer service with inventory management, ensuring a smooth operation and a luxurious experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in Arabic and other languages, providing product recommendations and demonstrations.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the boutique’s fragrance products and brands.
• Manage inventory: receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and monitoring levels.
• Assist in merchandising and creating attractive product displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Support the store manager with reporting, stocktaking, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury products.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); other languages a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle cash and sales transactions accurately.

Preferred Skills:

• Passion for perfumes, fragrances, and luxury products.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory software.

Working Conditions:

• Boutique environment with standard retail hours; may include weekends and holidays.
• Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise.
