Role Overview

The Boutique Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing boutique operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead boutique operations, ensuring smooth daily workflow and service excellence.
• Manage and mentor boutique staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized service.
• Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive boutique performance.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and luxury retail standards.
• Organize boutique events and client engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in high-end retail.
• Strong knowledge of luxury retail operations, merchandising, and clienteling.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO1,150.000 per month
