Boutique Shop Manager & Beauty Consultant

The Opportunity

Sovereign Earth is looking for two independent, passionate professionals to join us for the grand opening of our new boutique. Our brand is built on "earth-driven" botanical purity and high-performance mineral pigments. We provide a luxury experience for those seeking non-toxic, artisan-crafted beauty.

Key Responsibilities

• Independent Shop Management: Opening/closing the store, maintaining a pristine luxury aesthetic, and running day-to-day operations.
• Artisan Consultations: Expertly guiding customers through shade-matching and botanical skin education.
• Sales & Reporting: Processing transactions via Square and generating end-of-day reports.
• Clean Beauty Advocacy: Representing our non-toxic mission with expertise and passion.

Requirements

• Active Maine License in Cosmetology or Esthetics (Required).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Passionate about "clean beauty" and natural ingredients.
• Availability for a 3-day work week, including weekends.

Pay: $15.10 - $30.00 per hour
