Duties

• Provide personalized skin care treatments, including facials, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions, tailored to each guest’s unique needs.
• Perform body waxing,
• Educate guests on skincare routines and product recommendations through engaging product demos and retail sales.
• Create a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes first-time visitors feel valued and comfortable from the moment they walk in.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is clean and properly sterilized.
• Assist with client consultations to understand their goals and develop customized treatment plans.
• Promote ongoing client engagement by following up post-treatment and encouraging repeat visits.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience (1-2 years)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect genuinely with guests
• Proficiency in body waxing, eyelash extensions,
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, products, and skincare advice.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to perform retail sales by recommending suitable products confidently.
• Experience with product demos to educate clients about skincare lines and treatments. If you’re energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning first-time guests into loyal regulars through exceptional service—this role is for you!

Pay: $25.23 - $60.00 per hour
