Boutique Spa Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Boutique Spa Manager to lead our luxurious spa operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily management, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive the success of our boutique spa. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of therapists, receptionists, and support staff through effective training and coaching
  • Oversee customer service excellence by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
  • Handle inventory management, purchasing supplies, and maintaining stock levels to ensure availability of products and equipment
  • Implement sales strategies to promote retail products and spa services, increasing revenue opportunities
  • Maintain accurate financial records including payroll, bookkeeping, cash handling, and budgeting tasks
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new clients and retain existing customers through promotional campaigns

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management, team supervision, or spa/beauty industry leadership with assistant manager or supervisory roles preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory control software, and retail math for pricing and sales management
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and employee orientation
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development to build a high-performing team
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping practices, and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating staff and fostering a positive work environment
  • Organizational skills essential for shift management, scheduling, merchandising, stocking and store operations

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
