Now, we’re building a dedicated sales force for Boutiques Only — to reach boutique owners, high-end retailers, and niche businesses, helping them establish strong digital identities through websites and mobile apps.

Job Description

We are hiring Jr. Client Acquisition Associates and Sr. Client Acquisition Associates to join our sales team. This is a performance-driven role where you will be at the forefront of introducing Boutiques Only solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and reach out to boutique owners, niche retail businesses, and high-end clients.
• Present website and mobile app solutions tailored to boutique needs.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain follow-ups.
• Handle objections, explain product benefits, and close deals.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and the product team for client requirements.
• Maintain client records and sales activity reports.

Compensation & Benefits

Phase 1 – Initial 10 Working Days (Freelance Trial):

• 20% commission on every client closed.
• No fixed salary in this stage.

Phase 2 – On Payroll (Post Trial):

• Fixed starting salary: ₹5,000/- (base)
• Plus commission incentives on sales (20% on websites, up to 25% on full solutions).
• Salary credited by the 5th of every month.
• Long-term growth: Move into Team Lead & Sr. Client Acquisition roles with higher packages.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Passionate about sales and client interactions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
• Prior sales or client acquisition experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
• Candidates from Hyderabad and Bangalore preferred.
