About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bowling Technician to join our entertainment team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of bowling equipment, machinery, and scoring systems to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and adjustments on bowling machines, pinsetters, ball return systems, and scoring equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor daily performance of lanes and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report recurring issues to management.
• Order, track, and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and cleanliness within the bowling area.
• Provide technical support during events, leagues, or peak times.
• Collaborate with operations staff to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bowling Technician or similar mechanical/electrical maintenance role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Al Ain, UAE.
