Bowling Technician

QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:

Completion of Secondary education supplemented by fluency in English and also

Preferably in Arabic Language.

Knowledge of bowling and pinsetter equipment.

Ability to use basic hand tools, lubrication equipment, meters, power tools.

Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems on sophisticated machinery and to perform precision mechanical and electrical adjustments.

Ability to work in safe and efficient manner.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position.

MAIN PORPOSE:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of

the bowling complex including the mechanical section of the machines.

JOB PURPOSE:

Performs maintenance and repairs on bowling equipment.

SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES:

1. Maintains bowling lanes, pinsetters, pins, ball returns, bowling balls, scoring equipment and all other related mechanical components.

2. Performs regular servicing and preventative maintenance procedures on all bowling equipment.

3. Clean, repair and adjust automated scoring equipment.

4. Identifies replacement parts and supplies; prepares orders.

5. Performs major rebuilds and overhauls of equipment as necessary.

6. Implement planning servicing/maintenance actions and apply major improvements and repair programs.

7. Maintains accurate records of parts, costs and machine performance.

8. Additional duties as assigned by management.
