Box Office Crew

Role Overview:
Responsible for ticket sales, customer assistance, and smooth front counter operations at the cinema box office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell movie tickets and process bookings
• Assist customers with showtimes, promotions, and seat selection
• Handle cash, cards, and POS transactions accurately
• Provide information and resolve basic customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized counter area
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments
