Duties

• Safely operate box trucks with manual transmission to deliver goods across designated routes
• Load and unload cargo efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or manual handling techniques
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and pickups, including route logs and delivery receipts
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during drop-offs and pickups
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during route driving and vehicle operation
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to maintain optimal safety standards

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with <PERSON> drivers or courier roles preferred
• Proven commercial driving experience, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading/unloading cargo
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus
• Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions during deliveries
• Experience with route driving, load & unload procedures, and navigation tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires manual transmission driving and physical activity
