HIRING BONUS AVAILABLE! Hiring Bonus for Individuals with tent installation experience. After 180 Days of Acceptable Performance with Party Plus: $100 bonus 16' truck driver, $500 bonus 26' truck driver, $1,000 bonus 26' truck driver .

Typical Work Week: 30 – 40+ hours

Position Summary: The Box/Straight Truck Driver position is ideal for an energetic person who likes to work outside, has a good driving record, and is experienced in driving Box Trucks, Straight Trucks, and Cargo Vans.

The Box/Straight Truck Driver is responsible for safely driving our non-CDL company vehicles in the Greater Baltimore/Washington area, delivering and installing our products with a team of field personnel.

Objectives & Goals of the Box/Straight Truck Driver:

• Ensure that all trucks are loaded / unloaded and secured properly.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse and trucks in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Properly supervise all helpers assigned to ensure compliance with company objectives.
• Deliver & install tents & related party items to achieve company objectives.
• Assist as needed in the overall operation of the store.

Education, Skills & Requirements of theBox/Straight Driver:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Two-Year prior driving experience in a Box &/or Straight Truck is a must.
• Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to speak English clearly and write legibly. The ability to speak other languages is a plus.
• Must pass company drug screen and DOT Physical.
• Must maintain an acceptable attendance record.
• Must have a full range of motion and dexterity.

Responsibilities: Safely operate a Box &/or Straight Truck to transport goods from the warehouse to various locations - Load and unload cargo using manual methods or equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks - Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company - Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.

Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a good driving record - Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role - Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic laws - Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Physical stamina to load and unload cargo and perform repetitive tasks - Good communication skills to interact with warehouse staff, customers, and other drivers

Work Location: In person
