Box Truck Delivery Driver ($20.00–$23.00/hr)

About the Role

We are seeking dependable and professional Box Truck Delivery Drivers to join our food and beverage distribution team. Drivers are assigned consistent weekly routes, visiting the same customers each week to deliver orders and build strong customer relationships.
All trucks, fuel, and delivery equipment are provided by the company.

Schedule

• We are open Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Closed Sundays and evenings
• Overtime may be required on certain days

Primary Responsibilities

• Pick up the company truck from our Benicia warehouse each morning
• Load the truck using an electric pallet jack (approx. 15 minutes)
• Deliver products to customers throughout the Bay Area (East, South, North Bay, and Peninsula)
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Operate the truck safely and responsibly at all times
• Protect and respect customer property
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Experience driving box trucks (16 ft or 24 ft)
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
• Valid California Driver’s License
• No DUI convictions
• Ability to consistently lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the road
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Paid training provided

Compensation

• $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience
• Performance-based raises tied to attendance, work quality, and overall performance
