Unity Films is seeking passionate and creative Story Producers to join our growing YouTube Boxing Channel team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes boxing, understands the drama behind every fight, and can transform real boxing moments into powerful, cinematic stories that captivate global audiences.

As a Story Producer, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, researching, and developing storylines that blend emotion, analysis, and entertainment — bringing the sport of boxing to life in a way that engages viewers beyond the ring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging story concepts for YouTube boxing videos.
• Research fighters, rivalries, matches, and historical boxing events.
• Work closely with scriptwriters and editors to shape compelling video narratives.
• Ensure every story is accurate, emotionally powerful, and aligned with the channel’s tone.
• Oversee the storytelling flow from concept to final script delivery.
• Suggest creative visuals or sound cues that enhance the storytelling experience.

Requirements:

• Strong storytelling instincts with a passion for boxing and sports culture.
• Excellent command of English and creative writing ability.
• Prior experience in YouTube content production, sports storytelling, or media writing.
• Ability to research deeply and transform facts into captivating storylines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Reliable and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
