Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and credible research on professional boxers, historic fights, and key boxing events.
• Identify emotionally powerful stories, rivalries, and underdog narratives suitable for script development.
• Write original, engaging, and well-structured scripts based on research findings, adhering to provided formats and brand tone.
• Maintain factual accuracy while enhancing the storytelling aspect of real-life events.
• Collaborate with producers and editors to revise and refine scripts based on feedback.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a focus on non-fiction or biographical content.
• Solid understanding of boxing history, terminology, and major global and regional figures in the sport.
• Proven experience in scriptwriting, journalism, or content writing—preferably in sports or documentary-style storytelling.
• Exceptional research abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow specific formatting guidelines and project instructions.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent command of written English.
• Degree in Journalism, Film, Creative Writing, Sports Media, or a related field.
